While you could in theory sign up to an offshore site, play some poker, have a riot and make some extra Benjamin’s to pay for your steaks and a trip to Hawaii, this same site could suddenly go rogue and vanish - taking all your winnings with it. What does this mean? It means the fed’s can’t really do anything about them. That all said, many of them are located offshore. There are a lot of sites out there that are processing U.S player deposits … but which aren’t actually legal and are therefore breaking federal law. They’re available to you but they’re not legit.
